To customers of the pharmaceutical and food sector, we guarantee additional services such as specific operator training in the use of equipment and software, but also checks and calibration of instruments with the release of IQ / OQ / PQ protocols which are all based on actual needs and the department concerned.

Different contract types

Emme 3 offers maintenance contracts to ensure optimal operation over time. Customers can choose between standard solutions (annual visit to the client company with routine maintenance and final report) or additional solutions, such as more frequent visits, breakdown visits and the "Full Risk" option.
